| SDAMC Oldies Ride, August 2001 |
| . . . the sleepy
tree-lined street exploded with the roar of almost 20 crotchety
old bikes anxious to prowl the streets for 'thrills' - neighbors
peeked out from behind their blinds as coffee-swilling,
doughnut-munching hooligans slouched and jawed their way around
the old iron - then, suddenly, they vacated the quaint suburb
and sped forth in their quest for motorcycle mecca along
highland valley road - their memory lingered briefly like a
cloud of Castrol and then all was quiet again on Corazon Place .
